RETURNS

• Customers can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

• Opened or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
• Clearance / sale items

REFUNDS

• Refund will be processed after successful validation of return.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days

👉 For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to original payment method.
👉 For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI after successful validation.

• Replacement is applicable only for:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
